EVENT MANAGEMENT

Kelsey developed new processes and led cross-functional planning and execution for OneSight & Luxottica Partner Days, an important networking and fundraising golf event for Luxottica, which involved 620 partner attendees from across the country, required more than 100 volunteers, and was financially supported by nearly 75 sponsors/donors.
 

Under Kelsey’s leadership, the event continued to gross more than $500,000. Despite the fundraising successes, Kelsey recognized that the greater value and larger opportunity was grounded in brand awareness and relationship building between Luxottica executives and vendors.
 

Kelsey developed an event management manual and did a comprehensive audit after her first year running the event, that included but was not limited to:

  • High-level event recommendations

  • Qualitative and quantitative review and analyses from volunteers to Luxottica executives to event participants

  • Observations and future recommendations
     

Survey results indicated that event participants and important Luxottica business vendors were increasingly more satisfied with the event than the prior year.
